How coaching works

A clear plan, not just laps.

01

Assess

We look at how you swim today and what you want from the water: confidence, a first length, or a smoother freestyle.

02

Focus

We pick the one or two priorities that matter most and practise targeted drills to fix them.

03

Review

We check what's changed, then adapt the next sessions to where you are now.

Example plan · illustration

A plan that's built around you.

Goal

Swim 25 m of relaxed freestyle without stopping.

Experience

Can float with help. Holds breath under water.

Schedule

Twice a week, early mornings.

  1. Sessions 1–2Comfort, floating, breathing out under water
  2. Sessions 3–4Push-and-glide, kick, body position
  3. Sessions 5–6Arm stroke and breathing to the side
  4. ThenPut it together, review, set the next goal

An example only. Your plan is shaped by your goals, experience and schedule, and adjusted as you progress.
